We split 3 apps, while sitting at the bar. Great space for the bar--TV's etc. Bruschetta, (average at best) crab cakes (good++) and Brussels Sprouts (good +). Average brand of Chardonnay 5oz pour for $14? French martini for $19 which was marginal. Bar is overpriced for the quality/style of food JMO. I looked at the taps--plenty of beer, didn't see one from England.

Was super excited about trying out the place after watching it being built --which seemed like forever. But was very disappointed with the pork medallions they were very over cooked and dry. Band outside was good and wait staff were okay. Food not so impressed so far. I hope that gets better. Otherwise I won't be back.

Stopped in to check out the newest Lion and Rose location out by the Dominion. This location is a stand-alone location and not part of a retail strip and has plenty of parking. As I walk in, I decided to sit at the bar instead of the dining room. They have a really nice horseshoe shaped bar, and the bartenders were really friendly. Getting hungry I order the Cottage pie and side salad. The salad comes out first with the lemon vinaigrette dressing I requested. The dressing was nice and tangy while the salad itself was fresh ... read more

I'm going to try to be as fair as possible because I really want this place to be somewhere we can go. Price: overpriced, especially on the drinks. I'll grab drinks for half that price at TX Roadhouse 200 feet away... Food: Food was okay. Nothing special but also it wasn't bad, so at least you know you can eat here. Mashed potatoes were so bland we all poured salt and pepper in ours. The schnitzel was good. Overpriced, of course. Beer: I saw other reviews about the warm beer... sadly that is true. I ordered two differen... read more

Updating my experience review to a 5. Gave this place a second chance and it did not disappoint. Dinner and drinks were wonderful and the staff is fabulous. We had to go home, but our friends stayed to enjoy the patio and music and said it was fabulous. We will be back. Must of just been a one off experience a few weeks ago.

The good: the food was really good. We had a scotch egg, cottage pie, and bangers and mashed. All were dishes I will want again. Service was prompt. The bad: English beer selection is nonexistent. Prices are too high for this level of restaurant. I had a luxardo limoncello martini that was a whopping $19! And it wasn't even served with a luxardo cherry! I don't think I pay that much for a cocktail at Bohanans and J Prime. Scotch egg was overpriced, both our entrees were $23-$26. If the prices were about 15% - 20% less we ... read more

The place is new and they still have a lot to work out unfortunately with staff. Bartender needs help making drinks. Ordered express martini and sent it back 2x. It was really bad and glass was filled 1/2 way. Drinks are not cheap here and to fill 1/2 way is not acceptable. Appetizer's were good. Especially the pork belly. We asked for a glass of wine took 20 min to get it. We asked for our check from a group of employees huddled in the middle of the restaurant. (Includes our server) It took 30 min to finally get and clo... read more

Went for St. Patty's day and the place is pretty cool, great vibes and good bartenders. The fish and chips are excellent and the chicken Diablo appetizers are a great tasty snack. However, I will say the food and drinks to an extent are a little over priced. For example, a mimosa on St. Patty's day was $11, and a green tea shot was $9. The fish and Chips were $20, but tasted great and definitely a large plate to share.

The bread pudding was amazing! The service was great. And the ambience was what is expected in a sports bar.
