I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community. They have a wonderful working staff and if you run into any problems they're quick to attend to your service requests. They're very respectful and I love how welcoming they're.

Maintenance crew is... (Verified Renter) Maintenance crew is always. Absolutely always on point and has never left me in a negative situation or thought. Some of the general community problems have gradually resolved over my time here, such as parking!
Sometimes maintenance requests... (Verified Renter) Sometimes maintenance requests are somehow lost or not tracked properly. The isolation of the walls that divide the apartments is null.

It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a safe, quiet respectable complex and the neighborhood setting is very non commercial, peaceful and beautiful. I would never recommend someone choosing a unit on the ground floor facing the parking lot but I also know the opposite side (wood facing) is very dark, colder and shaded causing mildew, moss and mold issues for the storage units on patios and the apartment because of how close and tall the surrounding woods are.
