I recently took a tour at this property and it was such a refreshing experience. From the moment I came in, and the girl at the front desk helped me and throughout my tour with Michael. I’ve toured about 30 places while looking for a new place to live and this was one of the few that didn’t make me feel like I was waisting their time. Although the unit I wanted was rented by the time I tried to do an application. I would still recommend this place as a top choice to my friends.

I am happy with my initial tour woth Michael Crate. Locatiom of building is in historic core. Close to Grand Central Market. There is also a dog park a block away. I had a good experience with my move as well. Building itself is safe. Nice to have 24 hour securty. As with any metropolitan city, there are ipros and cons. Upside to downtown is walkability.

I’ve had a great experience working at the Lofts at the Security building since 2021. Zee, the community manager keeps the team cohesive and creates a healthy work environment for all her employees. Michael, Larry and Mike are extremely resourceful, patient and polite to all residents living in the building. Frank, Roberto and Vincent always provide prompt and efficient maintenance service. The Lofts at the Security building is a community that demonstrates daily support for all its residents.

Moving into this building was beyond smooth. The response time of the management team was amazing when viewing the units that were available. Michael was my point if contact and was so amazing! I love this place; clean, classy and many amenities…. The staff is very atentive and kind, and any minimum issue is atended immediately. If u wanna get a loft ask for Michael Create; he made my leasing so easy and practic.
