I went to several places before a friend recommended The Longest Yard. I am very happy she did. First of all , the store is warm and inviting with a tremendous selection. Jeanette is personable and knowledgeable and Robert carefully and expertly installed my carpet, which I love. I would not hesitate to use them again for my flooring needs!
Had a great experience with my flooring choice for stairway heading into our basement. Price and selection was very competitive and Robert did an awesome job with the install. What was an eyesore every time I entered my home, now it’s the complete opposite! Thanks Jeanette and Robert!
Jeanette, Robert and Rodrigo are a fabulous team from beginning to end. Jeanette is so knowledgeable about carpeting and seems to have infinite patience in the selection process. And Robert and Rodrigo are a great installation pair. Their prices are very fair and I’m so happy to give a local shop the business. The fact that they love my dog is an added bonus! I love it when we come upon excellence , especially in a space we know little of (rugs and carpets) especially when it will impact my home. . We followed the typical path (reviews online) to Jeanette and Robert - and their installer Rodrigo , and from go they were a delight to talk to , do business with , and develop a relationship with. Found the business on Angie's list and other sites with excellent reviews. The owners Robert and Jeanette were very nice and professional. Robert amazed me that he did most of the carpet replacement by himself in multiple rooms including a large master bedroom measuring 16x33 ft., when his other installer was on vacation. Very good quality carpet and beautiful job professionally done!! We already received many compliments and it was installed only 3 days ago!! My husband wanted ROBERT to do the work after he came to measure. So glad we went with mom and pop, no need to look further! Thanks again:)
