Ron gave me and my grandmother great customer service. Very detailed on the product and made sure that he gave us what we wanted. Ron also made the transaction very smooth and easy. The guy who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me find something in literally 25 mins and extremely below my budget. The delivery was amazing and was done in 2 days. It was overall an amazing experience. I didn’t feel forced to buy a super expensive mattress that wasn’t worth the cost or anything like that. Will be here for any future purchases.

Dennis was great to work with! It was my first mattress purchase (I always used hand me downs) and he gave me the best options for my budget! He was nice to work with and told me what to expect when the delivery drivers sdelivered my mattress (which the deliver drivers were amazing and very helpful). It was a great experience and I will definitely only be getting my mattresses from The Mattress Factory now and recommending them to my friends and family!!!
