Dennis was great to work with! It was my first mattress purchase (I always used hand me downs) and he gave me the best options for my budget! He was nice to work with and told me what to expect when the delivery drivers sdelivered my mattress (which the deliver drivers were amazing and very helpful). It was a great experience and I will definitely only be getting my mattresses from The Mattress Factory now and recommending them to my friends and family!!!

Ron was very informative and guided us throughout the process of finding the best quality extra firm mattress. Also, he was really kind and funny.
Dennis was out salesman and very helpful. We gave him a price range and he pointed out several mattresses. We narrowed it down and he was there to give us info on the ones we liked. Absolutely no pressure and a good selection. Excellent in store experience. Here's hoping the delivery goes well! I would highly recommend the Springfield store.
I’ve been coming to this store for years and years. I love the friendliness by phone and moreso in person. Oohhh, the quality with the extremely reasonable price tag that go hand is AWESOME! When you walk into this family owned business, you are just that...Family!! I recommend people here all the time. I’m a loyal customer for life!!!
