Dennis was great to work with! It was my first mattress purchase (I always used hand me downs) and he gave me the best options for my budget! He was nice to work with and told me what to expect when the delivery drivers sdelivered my mattress (which the deliver drivers were amazing and very helpful). It was a great experience and I will definitely only be getting my mattresses from The Mattress Factory now and recommending them to my friends and family!!!

Dennis was out salesman and very helpful. We gave him a price range and he pointed out several mattresses. We narrowed it down and he was there to give us info on the ones we liked. Absolutely no pressure and a good selection. Excellent in store experience. Here's hoping the delivery goes well! I would highly recommend the Springfield store.
