This was my first time mattress shopping so I went into it not knowing what I’m doing. Dennis was so helpful and helped to guide me to the right comfort level that I wanted and what would be best for me as a side sleeper. It was great to have him narrow down some options for me to try and he gave me plenty of time to test them out on my own.
I needed to purchase 2 new mattress sets. Ron showed me many selections and helped me pick the ones best for my needs. He and Dennis were great. I will definitely shop there again

First time mattress shopper here...I was hesitant to mattress shop because the idea to go lay on beds and talk to a stranger about my sleeping habits felt weird, but Len (and Dennis!) at the Springfield location made it a very comfortable experience! Yes, all puns intended. I never felt pressured to do or buy anything, except save money and stay within my budget. Dennis was excellent in explaining everything and very patience. My wife and I went in there just to look and end up buying a mattress. Don’t go anywhere else, they give excellent customer service and I would go nowhere else!
Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to easily direct us to the perfect mattress. The shopping experience was easy. I would definitely recommend this location (and Ron!) to my friends and family.
