First time mattress shopper here...I was hesitant to mattress shop because the idea to go lay on beds and talk to a stranger about my sleeping habits felt weird, but Len (and Dennis!) at the Springfield location made it a very comfortable experience! Dennis was excellent in explaining everything and very patience. My wife and I went in there just to look and end up buying a mattress. Don’t go anywhere else, they give excellent customer service and I would go nowhere else!
