Great experience. Did not feel rushed at all. Had the space to discuss options with my husband. Did not feel pressured into purchasing. Store rep was kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend. Will update if needed once mattress is delivered but overall great experience in the store.
I recently visited the Montgomeryville location and Bernie was the sales person who helped me. He was really amazing! He was incredibly helpful, he answered all of my questions, and he gave me the time and space to really think about my purchase without feeling pressured. I’m very very excited about my new bed! I will definitely recommend the mattress factory and Bernie to my friends and family!
