Best purchase and delivery experience EVER! I walked in the door and was NOT rushed by needy salespeople. When I was ready I walked over to the sales rep and actually thanked him for giving me my space. I told him what I was looking for and he walked me back to show me my options. Note, unlike Raymour and Flanagan the price tags at The Mattress Factory are the total price of the mattress not a price per month. Great experience. Did not feel rushed at all. Had the space to discuss options with my husband. Did not feel pressured into purchasing. Store rep was kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend. Will update if needed once mattress is delivered but overall great experience in the store.

I recently visited the Montgomeryville location and Bernie was the sales person who helped me. He was really amazing! He was incredibly helpful, he answered all of my questions, and he gave me the time and space to really think about my purchase without feeling pressured. I’m very very excited about my new bed!
