Had a great experience at Mattress Factory. Kevin, who was our sales professional, did a masterful job finding the right mattress for us. Received an excellent mattress at a fair price. Even after testing the mattresses in store and making the sale, the experience remained top notch. Received a call from Kevin a few days before delivery detailing the time of delivery. We were here to purchase a mattress for our daughter. The manager, Kevin, listened, was attentive, and recommended a specific mattress that checked all the boxes for us. It was a perfect fit!
