Was very helpful finding us a new mattress. Kevin spent a lot of time with me and my husband going over all of the options for a new mattress for us. Would highly recommend this store for many choices of beds to choose from and very good at explaining everything.

Just bought a new home which is stressful and finding the right mattress is so important. I went in at the end of the day on a Sunday, Patrick was extremely patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. Very knowledgeable salesperson! Patrick helped me identify a few mattresses that met my needs and explained their individual characteristics. No hard sell, simply informative. After testing each one on a follow-up visit to the store, I was able to make an informed choice. I had checked out other mattress retailers but didn't receive the same level of professionalism or knowledge from these other stores. Mattress Factory had great quality products and was very customer-focused!

Patrick was so professional, kind and patient, showing us all the different mattress features and also pillow options. We got a very good price on the mattress and received the box spring for free because of their Memorial Day sale!!! And we also got a great price on the pillows AND a bottle of chilled water on the way out the door!
