I had a wonderful experience at The Mattress Factory! Kevin was great! He helped me select the perfect mattress and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. I also feel like I got a good deal on a very nice mattress. I highly recommend The Mattress Factory and I am very grateful that I was referred to them.
Was not my first purchase with Mattress Factory. Worked with Kevin and he was great. Very knowledgeable but patient. Let me take my time trying mattresses. It was the first place I looked this time and ended up buying the same day. From my past experience I knew I was going to like my purchase.

Was very helpful finding us a new mattress. Kevin spent a lot of time with me and my husband going over all of the options for a new mattress for us. Would highly recommend this store for many choices of beds to choose from and very good at explaining everything.
Just bought a new home which is stressful and finding the right mattress is so important. I went in at the end of the day on a Sunday, Patrick was extremely patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to listen to what I thought I wanted and helped me to pick out the perfect fit for me! I will definitely be going back for my other rooms. Thanks Patrick!
Very knowledgeable salesperson! Patrick helped me identify a few mattresses that met my needs and explained their individual characteristics. No hard sell, simply informative. After testing each one on a follow-up visit to the store, I was able to make an informed choice. I had checked out other mattress retailers but didn't receive the same level of professionalism or knowledge from these other stores. Mattress Factory had great quality products and was very customer-focused!
