Salesman, Kevin, was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in the different products in great detail, which was much appreciated. He was great!
Was very helpful finding us a new mattress. Kevin spent a lot of time with me and my husband going over all of the options for a new mattress for us. Would highly recommend this store for many choices of beds to choose from and very good at explaining everything.

Very knowledgeable salesperson! Patrick helped me identify a few mattresses that met my needs and explained their individual characteristics. No hard sell, simply informative. After testing each one on a follow-up visit to the store, I was able to make an informed choice. I had checked out other mattress retailers but didn't receive the same level of professionalism or knowledge from these other stores. Mattress Factory had great quality products and was very customer-focused!
