Patrick was our salesman and he was very friendly and informative. Great customer service even after I had to make a few returns they worked with me. We got everything set up and l just love our new mattresses!! Definitely recommend!!!

Purchasing from Mattress Factory was a super easy and enjoyable experience thanks to Kevin in Montgomeryville. As soon as I walked in I said to my boyfriend “I’ve never been in a mattress store this nice”. Everything was organized well and very clean. The place was clean the store Manager was nice and cordial and they had a lot of selection of mattresses to choose from The manager went out of his way to move a mattress on to a different bed frame for us to see how it would feel. Overall, it was a good experience
