First off the store is immaculate as you enter. Kevin, our salesman, was excellent. A true no pressure buying experience. I would highly recommend Mattress Factory to anyone looking for a mattress. A local business that treats its customers with respect and consideration!
Patrick was our salesman and he was very friendly and informative. Great customer service even after I had to make a few returns they worked with me. We got everything set up and l just love our new mattresses!! Definitely recommend!!!

The place was clean the store Manager was nice and cordial and they had a lot of selection of mattresses to choose from The manager went out of his way to move a mattress on to a different bed frame for us to see how it would feel. Overall, it was a good experience
