We had a great experience picking out a new mattress. Kevin was very helpful and did a good job of helping to narrow down the choices.
Salesman was friendly and helpful and delivery went well also.
My plan for the day was to start looking for a new mattress and do comparison shopping for price between different stores. After meeting with Kevin Etheridge for about 1 1/2 hours, I knew further shopping would not be necessary. His knowledge base is exceptional and never was there a push to try to sell me any product. Quite the opposite...it was making sure I was finding the right fit. I would highly recommend this Mattress Factory and finding Kevin!
