Our experience at Mattress Factory was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Kevin our salesperson was knowledgeable and patient and never made us feel rushed. He recommended that we spend some time lying on each mattress and it worked! We received our Beautyrest Black mattress and adjustable frame and truly love it! Thanks so much!
We came into the store with our 18 month old daughter so we needed to be efficient. Kevin took us under his wing, taught us all we needed to know about choosing a mattress, and we left with a great deal on a new bed. Highly recommend the selection and the service.
We came here looking for a good new bed and left with a split king memory foam adjustable bed! Andrew was super helpful with finding us our perfect fit! We came back two days in a row to make sure the bed we chose was the best choice! So many beds to choose from and they have all the latest models. My husband and I stopped in while we were in the area. We have been mattress shopping for a little while now, and had no plans on buying from here since we live an hour way. From the moment we walked in, the salesman Patrick made us feel comfortable and not pressured whatsoever. He listened to our needs and wants, and showed us plenty of options.
