Andrew was excellent. I had recently moved from IL and was a bit frazzled after staying in multiple hotels and Airbnb rentals until my Apt. was ready. Andrew was very patient and kind. I was looking for a Serta mattress similar to the previous one I had purchased at Mattress Factory. Andrew gave me plenty of time to look and try out various mattresses. We came in knowing an idea of what we were looking for, but Kevin really helped to guide us in the right direction. We had an amazing experience from the second we walked in the door. The salesmen were all very friendly and knowledgeable but gave us our space to browse.
