We were very happy with our experience. We went in. The salesman was good and not pushy. He helped us pick the right bed for our son. Delivery was easy and on time. Everyone was friendly throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.

Kevin is was very informative but not the least bit pushy. We spent a lot of time over two visits asking many questions and lying on many mattresses. We definitely recommend a Mattress Factory visit to everyone shopping for a mattress.
