Our sales rep Kevin Etheridge did a great job helping us select the best mattress, systematically testing and refining our search. There was not the pressure or hard sell but a good discussion that we feel gave us the best overall deal.

Had a great experience at Mattress Factory. Kevin, who was our sales professional, did a masterful job finding the right mattress for us. Received an excellent mattress at a fair price. Even after testing the mattresses in store and making the sale, the experience remained top notch. Received a call from Kevin a few days before delivery detailing the time of delivery.
