Andrew was excellent. I had recently moved from IL and was a bit frazzled after staying in multiple hotels and Airbnb rentals until my Apt. was ready. Andrew was very patient and kind. I was looking for a Serta mattress similar to the previous one I had purchased at Mattress Factory. Andrew gave me plenty of time to look and try out various mattresses. We came in knowing an idea of what we were looking for, but Kevin really helped to guide us in the right direction. He was a great person who gave us knowledge, history, and helpful information based off of how we are as sleepers. He was not one who hovered, but gave us space to talk and make decisions. We had an amazing experience from the second we walked in the door. The salesmen were all very friendly and knowledgeable but gave us our space to browse. The whole experience was wonderful! Kevin from Montgomeryville, Pa was so helpful but not at all pushy! He took the time to listen to the type of mattress we were looking for & steered us in the right direction. Delivery of our mattress was great as well. The guys showed up during our scheduled time & were very nice. They removed our old mattress & brought in our new one & set it up. They showed us how to work the adjustable frame.
