Erich at The Mattress Factory helped us finally after spending a long time unable to settle on a mattress to find the perfect fit. My wife and I tried at least eight mattresses, while Erich patiently answered our questions over and over. We were there Friday night and Saturday morning and his kindness helped us settle on the right fit.
