The sales person was friendly and very knowledgeable about the mattress at the store. The very first one I tried was the one I bought. The price seemed right and I will have it delivered in two days. I am very pleased with my purchase

Erich at The Mattress Factory helped us finally after spending a long time unable to settle on a mattress to find the perfect fit. My wife and I tried at least eight mattresses, while Erich patiently answered our questions over and over. We were there Friday night and Saturday morning and his kindness helped us settle on the right fit.
Patrick was very knowledgeable to say the least!! I was shopping for an extra long twin mattress for my sweet hubby who is in a nursing home.
