About a week ago, I purchased a mattress online (huge mistake) without testing it out. I always shop at Amazon for tons of other things so I just read all the reviews and ordered a 4.5 star mattress set from Amazon which was delivered a few days later and they hauled away my old mattress. Great experience dealing with The Mattress Factory in Harleysville. Excellent service from Erick, who didn't try to upsell us at all! He was clear and direct about the beds and the pricing. He helped us so that we were able to get the bed next day, on a HOLIDAY, and given an accurate delivery window. The delivery team of Billy Smith (JAB) called us with a time for delivery that was accurate within 5 minutes! John at the Harleysville PA store provided great service. When we walked in we only knew we wanted a firm mattress. He educated us on the options, pros/cons and difference between manufacturers. We decided on a top of the line Serta hybrid (iComfort) and can’t wait to sleep on it

The store manager Erich Rayher made the stressful experience of making a major purchase easier. He showed us the mattresses that we were interested in and did not try to push into something we did mot want. I will surely recommend the Mattress Factory to anyone looking to purchase a mattress.
We will recommend The Mattress Factory of Harleysville. Erich Rayher, Store Manager, took time and explain all the options, and different type of Mattresses that one could buy. We were allowed to try Each Mattresses not once, twice, and not three times. I think we tried the once 5 or times to make sure we got the one that was comfortable for us. Thank you Erich.
