About a week ago, I purchased a mattress online (huge mistake) without testing it out. I always shop at Amazon for tons of other things so I just read all the reviews and ordered a 4.5 star mattress set from Amazon which was delivered a few days later and they hauled away my old mattress. I wasn't home when it got delivered and when I git home I instantly knew this wasn't a king sized mattress, but I let it go. I slept on it two days and the mattress was rock hard, like really firm. Great experience dealing with The Mattress Factory in Harleysville. Excellent service from Erick, who didn't try to upsell us at all! He was clear and direct about the beds and the pricing. He helped us so that we were able to get the bed next day, on a HOLIDAY, and given an accurate delivery window. John at the Harleysville PA store provided great service. When we walked in we only knew we wanted a firm mattress. He educated us on the options, pros/cons and difference between manufacturers. We decided on a top of the line Serta hybrid (iComfort) and can’t wait to sleep on it

The store manager Erich Rayher made the stressful experience of making a major purchase easier. He showed us the mattresses that we were interested in and did not try to push into something we did mot want. I will surely recommend the Mattress Factory to anyone looking to purchase a mattress.
