I initially started off with another mortgage company and they were unable to get past a technicality and under insuring issue at the property. Luckily, my then mortgage officer got in touch with Carson and he and his team swooped in and saved the day. Sam, Drayton, and the rest of the team were very responsive and on top of each and every step to make sure my closing went smoothly. They also helped my closing happen a few days early since I was so excited to move into my new home!
