First time ever on a gun range and had such an awesome time, very friendly staff, specially Bear who literally taught us how to safely handle guns and also gave us a lot of posture, grip and aiming tips. I really enjoyed going there and will definitely spend more time there than at Disney!
I went with three others and it was my first experience at a gun range. I would say that the level of instruction was great (really made us feel comfortable and Bear had us laughing) and the selection and price point were very competitive, but I would agree that the customer service at the front desk needs some work. It was my first time shooting a gun, and I can honestly say I was biting my nails! But with the help of our extraordinary instructor, Bear, I over came the fear and my family had an incredible time shooting! Can't wait to go back again :) P.S. I out shot my Dad!
Very Clean, Friendly Staff, and Great Selection has made this my go to store and range for all things shooting. Highly recommend visiting this location.
As good as it gets! The entire experience at OGC is terrific. The staff is knowledgeable, but not condescending. The ranges are terrific and Air Conditioned! The firearm sales selection is very well-rounded and the member's lounge is relaxing and comfortable. You can't go wrong here! A 5-star operation all the way around!
Finally a decent range. Glad the OGC opened up this year. Great place to shoot. Very open and clean, with geat lighting. I have been shooting in Orlando for years, and can't stand the smell and heat in all the other ranges. Orlando Gun Club has AC vents over the stalls and great ventilation. A friend and I decided to try this shooting range for the first time. We arrived before noon and thought it would be nice to get a 65 and older 1/2 discount. When we checked in, we were both assigned to lane 1. However, when we went inside the range there were only two of the 5 lanes being used. We each had a rifle, two handguns, and gear. Another lane opened so I went to the desk and asked if we could have another open lane. The clerk rudely said NO that it would be dangerous with us going between two lanes. Serious... read more
Asinine policy regarding who can rent and shoot guns at their range. 52 year old cpl holder and 19 year old son looking to have a memorable experience. Smug cashier way too happy to not allow us to shoot. You guys give Florida a bad name. shame on you guys. Go somewhere else that promotes the 2nd Amendment.
0 stars. Customer Service is terrible. They pick and choose who they want to service. Also some staff members terrible with knowledge on some accessories. Also bad hygiene. Breath. I stood their for like 20 minutes at a display while they had a conversation about lunch.
