A friend and I decided to try this shooting range for the first time. We arrived before noon and thought it would be nice to get a 65 and older 1/2 discount. When we checked in, we were both assigned to lane 1. However, when we went inside the range there were only two of the 5 lanes being used. We each had a rifle, two handguns, and gear. Asinine policy regarding who can rent and shoot guns at their range. 52 year old cpl holder and 19 year old son looking to have a memorable experience. Smug cashier way too happy to not allow us to shoot. You guys give Florida a bad name. shame on you guys. Go somewhere else that promotes the 2nd Amendment.
0 stars. Customer Service is terrible. They pick and choose who they want to service. Also some staff members terrible with knowledge on some accessories. Also bad hygiene. Breath. I stood their for like 20 minutes at a display while they had a conversation about lunch.
Great staff and shooting experience. If you don't own a gun you can rent one. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always enjoy my time there!
An excellent indoor range for both handguns and long rifles. I like that they check the grain of your bullet before you enter the range. They also have a lounge area if you want to bring kids super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I joined as a member for better rates. They don't have a range safety officer on the range itself, so everyone needs to be vigilant.
Joke of a gun shop don't waste your time. Fees that no other shops charge along with higher than market value prices. Take your money elsewhere
Fine little club. Very personal and knowledgeable . Instructed us on beginner gun use.
As a Brit, this is a great experience to do whilst in Orlando. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and give the best tuition. Safety is paramount and we were instructed on how to use the guns we chose. Would definitely recommend and will be going again next time we are over.
To be fare this happened at the Mellenia mall location a few years ago. I took my girlfriend in to go shooting. We met the counter staff people and were told to fill out their sign in stuff. We did and waited about 25-30 mins for an open lane. They used a magnet to check our ammo for steel cores(extremely rare ammo), unnecessary for them to do and this is the only range that does this, but whatever.
