As a Brit, this is a great experience to do whilst in Orlando. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and give the best tuition. Safety is paramount and we were instructed on how to use the guns we chose. Would definitely recommend and will be going again next time we are over.

To be fare this happened at the Mellenia mall location a few years ago. I took my girlfriend in to go shooting. We met the counter staff people and were told to fill out their sign in stuff. We did and waited about 25-30 mins for an open lane. They used a magnet to check our ammo for steel cores(extremely rare ammo), unnecessary for them to do and this is the only range that does this, but whatever. Very disappointed with the employees at this range! I'm retired military 20+ years), my oldest son is a US Army Veteran, and my other son is Active Duty (18 years) Army, visiting from his Kuwait deployment. I guess "payback" is in their menu since I challenge him to show me in the rules where it said that "Families can only use one range at a time", regardless of the size of the group; even if we registered and pay separate". Disrespectful and racist staff as soon as we walked in started giving my whole family attitude. Said My father is an immigrant and he made racist comments and assumed he didn't speak English and told us we couldn't go on the range to bring his green card would not recommend. My father has been a citizen for 40 years fuck that guy and that place for making assumptions like that. Avoid this place not minority friendly way better ranges anywhere else.

An ok range, they have a fan blowing in each stall so you get air like that, it's not AC. A good size selection of different rifles/handguns different calibers to rent. Reason why this is getting 1 star is for the customer service. Employees at the front desk displayed a lack of customer attentiveness. They seemed liked they didn't care about their job and as if you were a nuisance to just come in and ask questions. On two separate occasions patronizing this range, my friends and I have have very uncomfortable experiences with employees. My friend and his wife who are respected business/gun owners were treated as if while actually on the range they would steal something... My wife and I prior to knowing this went to the range as well and an older gentleman working there virtually followed me everywhere and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
