As a Disabled Veteran who's permanently in a Mobility Wheelchair with 2 small Service Dogs, I can actually say that I found my peaceful , happy place and I feel extremely safe. They allowed my reasonable accommodations which have made it much easier for me to maneuver in and out of my apartment, especially handicapped ramp that they allowed outside and grab bars in my bathroom. We love our home at The Pointe at Canyon Ridge. One of the most important things to me is safety and I always feel safe when I arrive home no matter what time! It is well lite with roaming security. They also have special events for the residents all the time which is a great community builder. The apartments themselves are updated and modern but the grounds are more country and homey. We love it!
I'm a New Yorker. While I may be from a very crowded Long Island Town, I've always maintained a beautiful home. Same here. I love my apartment and I take care of my home. I clean outside of my apartment, sweep, spray, etc. I have very good neighbors upstairs and down. The maintenance men are wonderful and the girls at the clubhouse are nice. This management team is amazing. The maintenance staff is quick, efficient, and polite.
I actually really like this place. So far I only see complaints, so I'm gonna leave a positive note here, because people like me out there on the net might want to know. My fiancee and I moved here a year and a half ago, because we knew a friend who also lived here. The two of us are both freelance illustrators, so we wanted to find an affordable place to live that was in a decent location for a couple that did not own a car. Do not move here!! I moved in on 12/27/25 and I'm ready to move out already!! Roaches everywhere, the pest control comes out and puts down traps and sprays the apartment but it does not help. I never would have signed a lease to live here if I knew it was infested with roaches. If I can move out without paying the full "penalty" I am!

Worst decision of the year was renting here... unkept, dirty, staff sucks, and they tried over charging with hidden fees ... we gave a notice alittle over 50 days that we weren't going to do another year and so they tried over charging claiming a "late notice" and this was during the holidays after 10+ emails and multiple phone calls we finally just paid some of the charge just so we wouldn't destroy our credit and we weren't going to go to court over the matter ... PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
