Pros: Proximity to 400, nice landscaping, across the street from Kroger and a mile from Publix. Cons: Inconsiderate neighbors and guests and a property management office that is disorganized and without teeth to enforce things that are in the lease. I've lived here since it was a Post property and have seen it switch from one property management company to another since the mid-2000s. Things that you see regularly now are: 1.) trash bags being left outside of front doors or on car hoods overnight instead of being kept in... read more
All I can really say about this place is that you get what you pay for... for the most part. This apartment does have a good location. It is about 15 minutes south of the North Point area, 15 minutes north of Perimeter, and about 20 minutes north of Buckhead, without having to pay the price of any of those locations. However, the actual buildings and apartments are in a serious need of a make over. I don't know when the complex was first built, but i am assuming it was before dishwashers were always installed into apartments... read more
Even if these apartments were being given away for free, we would not recommend this place for ANYONE to live! My husband and I signed a 12-month lease with this community in November 2012 but the incompetent maintenance staff, oblivious office staff, inconsiderate residents and overall deplorable living conditions are the reasons we can celled our lease early and moved out. (I will post pics) Here are my views. From the outside it does not look all that great. I mean the clubhouse of course does and the front pool, but never let that fool you. Once you go through the gates(that i read have not been working since 2008 and still are not) It starts to look a little shady. The hall ways are disqusting at best. The so called community garden is apualing and none of the grills work and the so called bench swings are broken 75% of the time. They clearly make no effort for keeping the grounds cheerful.... read more
I seriously can't believe I'm the 1st to write about my experience here! Ok, I'm over it, here goes... I moved here without seeing it myself. I needed to get to ATL quickly & temporarily and this seemed to be the nicest based on pics, etc. I had a friend who helped but he was a guy & we have different ideas of what home life should be. That being said... Pros: relatively easy to get into (may even accept section 8), lots of police presence, can pay online without a fee, it has a Sandy Spring address Cons: Office mgr appea... read more
