Man oh man where do I get started. WORST living experience I've ever had at any apartment. Management is only here to take your money and fine you. Roaches are EVERYWHERE. Trash is EVERYWHERE. You think your apartment looks fine when you move in but a week later the paint that they use to paint over the mold starts to peel off. I was never informed during the leasing process that my apartment had mold issues and there was a water leak in the apartment above me. This apt is the worst. My first month the air conditioner broke. Molded my whole apt pictures clothes and food...they cleaned the mold off my ceiling and told me I was fine..well its not its still broke.. Its infested with bugs which you pay for pest control you would think they would stay on top of it but I've been here 8 months and yet had my apt serviced and I put in a request on top of that.. To bad they changed management this hall management sucks!! They never want to help they want you to summit everything online so they dont deal with you. Don't move in!!! Don't let the "upgraded buildings" fool y'all. - Been here for over three years and they have recently changed staff. Again. Everyone is new and things started to get extremely bad. I honestly don't see a fourth year in my future. Cannot wait for my contract to be done. They have no idea what they are doing in there. Save yourself a trip and don't bother with this property. The apartment staff is rude and will not help with your issues. I've been living here a couple months and I have already had multiple issues that needed taken care of in my home. Maintenance is slow to react and the leasing agents at the front are no help when I contact them to get in touch with the maintenance men
Disgusting apartment complex. We moved into our apartment in July and already we've seen everything from rats to cockroaches running around outside the buildings. Multiple calls to the front office has resulted in no progress. The property manger, Veronica, gave us the splendid advice "maybe you should get some mouse traps". Gee, why didn't I think of that? Perhaps its because we pay a pest fee to the apartment complex monthly. Gross!
Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT apply here. The apartment staff is very rude and scammed us out of our application fees. I have a strong suspicion that they do this regularly to get the company "free" money. Don't waste your time or money, there are better apartment complexes in the area
I moved!!! Rats literally came out of the dishwasher and ate food in my pantry. The smell of feces filled the apartment. Sadly, the company rented this apartment out multiple times without fixing it for other tenants (I have been in touch after this life altering ordeal) and then moved them out as quickly bc they did not resolve this issue. Roll the dice if you want but stay away
I have lived at this complex since 2014. Up until this past year, I did not have many issues whatsoever. I was given a non-renewal notice in the Spring, ordering me to vacate at the end of my lease so that they could renovate all the older units. They received many complaints from residents about the non-renewal notices, so they later offered me the option of staying in my old unit.
