Do not move here. They say apartments are renovated.. that's a lie. There's a wailing autistic kid who walks around the apartment complex screaming loudly (the parents don't do anything about it) and he does it for HOURS. You can Hear EVERYTHING that goes on. You will be able to hear the person above you walk and every other move they make. Sometimes I feel the roof is going to fall in any moment with how hard they stump above me. Run! Run fast! Management is terrible. Property is not maintained. Maintenance can not fix anything the first time or event the second time they come out for the same issue. These apartments are falling apart. My AC was going out and maintenance argued with me about it until it finally broke completely. The apartment complex could not fix the issue in a timely manner and refused to put me in a hotel or anywhere with working AC. First let me say don't be fooled by the renovated apartment . (Its false advertising) I have just been living here for 2 weeks and in two weeks I have had so many issues like slow maintenance workers,The property is not maintained,and spider webs everywhere. Mail boxes are crappie.. my windows haven't been washed in years. No microwave..

Erica in the leasing office has a very nasty attitude! She said to me: "lord save me from her", all because I needed them send over a rental verification form to a new apartment that I am trying to move into. She told me she is not sending out anything until I fill out the 60-day notice. I then told her this is the exact reason why I am moving because of their nasty attitudes in that leasing office. We lived at the Pointe at Canyon Ridge apartment 8404P for several years and had trouble black mold problem in our bathroom. The black mold covered the bathroom ceiling and our shower curtain liner constantly needed changing because black mold covered it. We complain to management several times all they did was send the maintenance guy over he sprayed it with bleach then painted over the mold. The mold kept coming back and over and over again they didn't do nothing else about it.

Recently paid by credit card to online rental payment . . . transaction did not go through. Complicated payment system . . . even tried to pay via phone. You just won't believe all the extra charges applied to my rental payment. The office would not work with me even though they admit to seeing credit card setup . . . all I have to say is that I feel so ripped off!!!!

1. Staff does not know how to communicate with their residents. They are bossy and tends to be creditors no matter how well we paid our rents on time. 2. There are lots of hidden fees. You will pay for pest control, sewer, trash for 15 dollar a month, and it will give you to right to call them for sending pest control guy. It does not mean they control the pest. Yeah this place so money hungry. I've been living here for two years. My roof leaks when it rains and I've called left messages no call returned. .....called the front office spoke with Jennifer still no one has come to fix it. I came home one night maintenance had been in my apartment not only did he leave my door opened but with the key in it. I've been living here for over 6 years. It was a very good complex when I moved in, and I always loved living here. but now with the new owners, it literally sucks. First of all, its expensive for what you get. The more you renew your lease, more you have to pay. I am paying $1104 for a 2 bed/bath that I first started paying $900. They never answer the phone.
