If I could give this place a 0 star or negative 10 stars I would. A 1 star isn't doing them justice. I don't even know where to start. I wouldn't recommend anyone move here if it's the last building standing. When I tell you all living here has been a nightmare & the move out has been even worse. Horrible!! Do not trust these people especially the manager. They be acting like they gone help you but just be telling you stuff to keep you quiet. I've been dealing with a double charge for a whole month now. The property manager said she was sending emails to help me but I called the insurance company myself and they said they never heard from her. save your time and money.
I previously lived here and had a great experience. However, it seems there have been changes because when I called back with interest to return I there were VERY strange language barriers with staff. I am a native English speaker.
Never move there. Management gives you unexplained fees all the time. we had to tell them 60 days in advance if we were gonna move out. But they sent us the lease renewal proposition 40 days in advance. They sent us a bill for 3,751$ because we didn't notice we were leaving 60 days in advance. they don't answer our calls or emails. horrible management
Had occasion to go on this property yesterday. The office looked nice, the staff unhelpful. Went onto the property and it was a dump. Seemed pretty nasty and the people milling around looked sketchy. I didn't go inside an apartment but front the outside, I was nervous to even get out of the car. Saw several maintenance men on golf carts just sitting around on their phones. Made a quick get away.
This has got the be the worst apartments you could ever live at yes it's cheap but the staff is awful no one wants to help, roaches all over the apartment, power outages. GO FIND SOMEWHERE NICER SPEND THE MONEY
If I could do a negative star I would but I have to put at least 1 star so it's there but look at it as if it's not there!!!! I have been living here for 9 months and it's has been proving that Management don't care. Don't move here, management from lowest to highest is incompetent and shows that they don't care and doesn't follow up after they say they will and I feel like it's on purpose. I lived at the Pointe @ Canyon Ridge from 2019 - 2022. It was great in the beginning (Apr 2019). I loved the place so much that I moved from a 1 bed/1 bath to 2 bed/2 bath (Sept 2019). It went downhill from that point on. The pandemic made it worse when they took anyone and everyone in. From the drug deals to a dealer showing me he was carrying a gun at the dog park, to the animal neglect /abuse. I had a confrontation with a woman who was beating her dog in the parking lot. I really really wish I could give these apartments zero stars. For starters the management here is the worst I have ever seen and they charge hidden fees for every little thing. I recently had a maintenance issue that went 6+ months without being fixed and it led to a leak in my apartment that flooded half my bedroom. I was not moved into a new unit, instead they "fixed" the leaking water heater and soaked the water out. Pretty sure there will be a mold problem next.
