My experience at Pointe at Canyon Ridge Apartments under the management of Ms. Felicia has been unacceptable from the very beginning. After I paid my deposit and was scheduled to move into my original unit, management rented that apartment to someone else. As a result, I was forced to spend approximately $3,000 on hotel accommodations while waiting for housing. Do not move here!! I moved in on 12/27/25 and I'm ready to move out already!! Roaches everywhere, the pest control comes out and puts down traps and sprays the apartment but it does not help. I never would have signed a lease to live here if I knew it was infested with roaches. If I can move out without paying the full "penalty" I am!

Worst decision of the year was renting here... unkept, dirty, staff sucks, and they tried over charging with hidden fees ... we gave a notice alittle over 50 days that we weren't going to do another year and so they tried over charging claiming a "late notice" and this was during the holidays after 10+ emails and multiple phone calls we finally just paid some of the charge just so we wouldn't destroy our credit and we weren't going to go to court over the matter ... PLEASE DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE

If I could give this place a 0 star or negative 10 stars I would. A 1 star isn't doing them justice. I don't even know where to start. I wouldn't recommend anyone move here if it's the last building standing. When I tell you all living here has been a nightmare & the move out has been even worse. Imagine trying to break your lease, being that you are moving some where else, & asking for an addendum & what the process is and the front office not knowing what it is, but then 2 weeks later miraculously generates an addendum af... read more

Horrible!! Do not trust these people especially the manager. They be acting like they gone help you but just be telling you stuff to keep you quiet. I've been dealing with a double charge for a whole month now. The property manager said she was sending emails to help me but I called the insurance company myself and they said they never heard from her. save your time and money.

I previously lived here and had a great experience. However, it seems there have been changes because when I called back with interest to return I there were VERY strange language barriers with staff. I am a native English speaker.

Never move there. Management gives you unexplained fees all the time. we had to tell them 60 days in advance if we were gonna move out. But they sent us the lease renewal proposition 40 days in advance. They sent us a bill for 3,751$ because we didn't notice we were leaving 60 days in advance. they don't answer our calls or emails. horrible management

Had occasion to go on this property yesterday. The office looked nice, the staff unhelpful. Went onto the property and it was a dump. Seemed pretty nasty and the people milling around looked sketchy. I didn't go inside an apartment but front the outside, I was nervous to even get out of the car. Saw several maintenance men on golf carts just sitting around on their phones. Made a quick get away.
