The People in the office are really nice, I always deal with Craig George here at Clemson, he is awesome, very helpful, and very professional, and I am sure all the team are the same too! this is my second year here and I just renewed the lease for one more year! I like the size and layout of my townhouse here, and the monthly rates are very good.

I've lived at UWoods and USuites and now that I'm living at a different apartment complex not owned by Preiss, I really realize how nicely run it is!!! I love Preiss Company and miss living at one of their properties!
