My sister and I had to quickly move my ailing mother into assisted living with promises of therapy, medications, and entertainment. Instead she is stuck in an apartment with no balcony 200 yards from anything. If something were to happen God knows. The prices are obsene, and the medical staff excluding a nurse or two are terrible. Look elsewhere please

The facility is not a good choice for a person who needs a higher level of hands on care. Nursing/ care staff is difficult to work with in solving problems. May be okay if someone is fairly independent. I would not recommend the facility.

My experience at this facility has been terrible. One of my biggest complaints here is the food. It comes out ice cold. All of it, no matter what it is. I will say, they did hire a new Chef and things started to improve. But he got fired and now they're back to what they were. The meat, the vegetables, everything is served cold. It's to the point that hardly any of us go to the dining room to eat anymore. We prefer to have our meals delivered to our rooms so that we can heat them up before we eat them. Another big problem is... read more
my mother is a resident in memory care. a short summary: 1. promised a particular room. shortly before admission, informed that the room was unavailable (which they knew was likely when the first room was promised). 2. they refused to give necessary medication. their rationale boiled down to: we screwed up the initial paperwork on admission. you fix it. 3. my first call to their nursing director was not returned. my next call went to her voice mail box -- which was full. box was still full during my next call days later, eve... read more
They should allow anyone with any type of disability to participate in all the activities they have to offer. Our experience we had, was that other residents were able to decide if someone with a disability could participate in that activity or not.

Please reach out to us at (954) 970-2600 at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can turn your experience into a positive one. Thank you.
Worst facility! Be warned!! Terrible service!! Negligent people! Don’t care after don’t care!! Careless people that really could care less about your loved ones, they only care about the paycheck! they should have other jobs that don’t include caring for people!! Don’t believe the lies! And just like the other post that complained I’m sure they will reply to this one with a “call the executive director to complain” post (or maybe not since I pointed it out) which is the equivalent to seeking help from the same person that au... read more
My mom lived in the memory care and it turned out to be horrible. They told us when we moved my mom in there they work with and do things to help with memory and care. Well they did nothing even close to that. They put everyone in a day room, turn the tv on and let them sit there all day doing nothing. My mom had her own room where she could have spent time watching HER daily shows she always watched. In the 4 months my mom was there her mind went very rapidly out of all the years she had alzheimers. She also got scabbies in... read more
Abominable staff starting from the top down, especially the Executive Director and the ONLY RN on Staff, the Dir of Assisted Living. Everything from poor service and lack of care to medication mismanagement. No way this place should retain their ALS license. You can bring things to top management's attention at Arbor Group and they bring up to the local team who ignore and then retaliate by charging more money without any reasoning whatsoever. RUN! There is a reason that residents are moving out very quickly.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are concerned that you chose to give us a low score. Would you give Paul Kelley, our SVP of operations, a call at [removed] to share more about your experience?
