If you spend lots of money you get free stuff but if not you have to spend more and more to get that gift. Your machines are so tight you can’t win anything not Fun anymore I used to love coming there now I don’t know 🤷 My host is so stuck up you have to speak to him and maybe he might speak back and keep going.
I love the Queen. The staff is friendly and helpful! The offers are really good. I love playing there. The Queen is my favorite casino. I’ve had great experiences there! The only negative thing I have to say is for September offers I am not getting any gifts, which really disappointed me!

Most of the staff is very personable and cheerful. I want to personally recognize Mr. WESLEY the bartender/server, as wrll as Mr. CLARENCE, the casino table manager. Ther are a few women that have wonderful customer service as well.But unfortunately, I do not know their names. I like that there are numerous parking spaces to enter the casino.
