Walked right up to the service desk to claim My gift cards without having to wait in a long line. Maybe timing was perfect but still was a pleasant experience.

Starting with the atmosphere it is great no one bothering you while playing. The gift give away is a nice compliment to the people that come. I like coming on Friday to relax from a long week at work
