My experience @ the queen 👸 have been very,very good. I never thought I would ever ,ever win during a drawing. However when I do win I tends to put it back in but I enjoy playing. The employees are very helpful, the bathrooms stays cleans, the Security is on point. Thanks for giving me a chance now it's time for me to win a grand.. one time in my life. Clean updated environment! Machine are placed nicely. Lots of room to walk around the michines while people are playing them, and yes, even when it's a full house!

I visited the Queen casino late Wednesday night, March 6, 2024. I downloaded my $15 freeplay on the kiosk & played one of my favorite slot machines; but did not have any luck 🍀. Then I went to the smoking 🚬 terrace (but I do not smoke) to play a Buffalo 🦬 Ascension slot machine 🎰. I invested $60 b4 I won it back. Then I put another $20 and won $500. My Experience at The Queen Baton Rouge is always great the service from the Valet Attendants to the Servers and slot attendants is exceptional. There's one particular slot attendant name Kedrick I think he's a supervisor but he always makes sure we're ok and bring us water. There's this other lady they call her wise she's over the bartenders she's awesome always looking out to see if we need anything. The Queen has some great employees.

On my last visit I enjoyed my visit much better than the last several months as far as slot play. The piped-in music always great! The customer service team were polite and helpful. I order my food from 1717, with helpful service. A couple of suggestions: I did not intend on staying ALL day long as I did. Each restaurant closed about 10pm and patrons who play all night cannot purchase any food or snack after that time. Include white zinfindel in your next order.
