I might not have played the highest but my bonus was really bad, I was playing a few thousands a month or a week. My bonus would continue to go down. You toke the value of the bonus for players down. Your customers are very valuable.

Had a great time!! Played several new machines and loved that I got to play for a while with the pay back. Looked for more of the older poker machines but couldn’t find them. I used to enjoy the poker machines when the Boat first opened, there was a room of them. Great service with familer faces that always made me feel special. Will spread the word of the good time I had & bring some friends.

It was new and clean! The game selection is very different ranging from old to new games. The high limit section is small with minimal games and no privacy. The staff appears to be friendly, but they do not offer any self service beverages. When asked for a soda they send you to the bar or restaurant to buy one.

Things seem to be improving somewhat. New machines are being installed and some people are getting jackpots.

Had a great time. I have a suggestion, since the machine doesn’t give your change to you when you cash out your ticket why not put a locked box that people can donate the change on their tickets to a local charity, like Our Veterans or the Food Bank.

The climate was good! I was in the smoking area & the waitress never came around. Eventually, I walk to the bar. Late night is not good!

I had a great time. The establishment is very nice and the representatives at the Membership kiosk are very professional, knowledgeable & have outstanding customer service. The only downside is that you can’t find a cocktail server (while playing )for a drink, and when you order from the bar they are very rude.
