The Best Stay Ive Had In A Hotel In Puerto Rico N/A Everything Was Absolutely Incredible At Our Stay. Tony & Melvin Were At The Front Desk & They Were So Welcoming, Friendly & Helpful. The Ambiance Of This Place Is So Sexy. Beachfront Location & The Restaurant & Bar Was Absolutely Breath Taking. We’re Definitely Coming Back To Stay Here When Vacationing In Puerto Rico!

My stay wasn't awful, but I would never go back. I asked for the total amount for my stay days before I arrived, during my stay and upon departure. The staff informed me that the amount I had paid for was the complete total. Once I left the island, I received an email stating I was charged a fee. I called to ask about the charge, and the gentleman stated it was a fee that was not charged upon check-in. Would you not question their integrity? Pleasant The rooms were small and there were no mirrors in the room. Also the floor was dirty and the bathroom was tiny. The location is perfect, it’s right on the beach and walking distance to everything.

Fantastic time, definitely will be back! I would have liked a mirror in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom and I’m short n it didn’t work for me The location was amazing and the staff was great!! Oh n free coffee!!! 🥰🥰🥰
