The Best Stay Ive Had In A Hotel In Puerto Rico N/A Everything Was Absolutely Incredible At Our Stay. Tony & Melvin Were At The Front Desk & They Were So Welcoming, Friendly & Helpful. The Ambiance Of This Place Is So Sexy. Beachfront Location & The Restaurant & Bar Was Absolutely Breath Taking. We’re Definitely Coming Back To Stay Here When Vacationing In Puerto Rico!

My stay wasn't awful, but I would never go back. I asked for the total amount for my stay days before I arrived, during my stay and upon departure. The staff informed me that the amount I had paid for was the complete total. Once I left the island, I received an email stating I was charged a fee. I called to ask about the charge, and the gentleman stated it was a fee that was not charged upon check-in. Would you not question their integrity?
