Fabulous location, small room The housekeeper never came to our room, we had to hunt down new towels. The room was very, very small. The paid parking was a pain as you park in garage and during the day staff parks in front of the garage door then the front desk person has to go get them to move for you to pull out or in. 5 star hotel stay in Boutique hotel on the Beach Amazing property. Recently remodeled. Very busy and fun restaurant on the beach. The hotel's beachfront location was the best in Condado. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean. Safety measures related to COVID prevention were observed at all times.

never again the windows wouldn't open, they put us over the bar so all heard was loud music until after 11pm. The room was small, definitley not like the pictures, just a mini fridge that was missing parts, no parking anywhere close by unless you paid money per day. nothing

We had a very bad experience - not worth the money Terrible experience - would not recommend. Woke up at 5am to rainwater flooding in through the AC. Went to front desk who said that they could do nothing except give us towels. The water filled a trash can 4 times over and we had to keep emptying it. A handyman eventually came at 1pm. When we reported this issue twice to two separate managers, both were rude and dismissive and neither even said sorry to us for the inconvenience. It was ok I will not be coming back here. The room were small and the tv didn’t work when it rain and it was small storm. we didn’t have anything to watch on tv. It was nice but online the rooms look better
