Do not live here Office is not nice to tenants. When moving out, want to charge me for the company's staff to clean normal wear from living there for 3 years. When you leave a message, do not expect a return phone call to fix anything that is broken, like a window that came off the track. New management company told an older tenant that they are told to be rude and show no respect.

Worst place I have EVER lived in! I moved here almost a year ago and regretted it within the first few days of doing so. Staff exhibit NO tenant care at all-- apartments are very poorly maintained and repairs are NEVER done in a timely manner. The latest schtick they've come up with is to now notify them of repairs in writing only and to be charged $50.00 if YOU fail to prepare your apartment for service request! RIDICULOUS!!! I only wish I could get out of here much faster than I plan to!
central location best quality The grounds need lots of work especially the potted drives. Apartments need upgraded as they are still in the 70's. Tenants tend to be very loud and children more so and run the grounds freely while very noisy and disturb any peacefulness. Can't wait 'til lease is up!

I'm a current tenant. good pricing for larger style apartments. Maintenance can be a little slow at times. Tenants tend let their children run the grounds freely and are very loud. Parking can be an issue and some tend to double park causing issues.
