I have lived in Indian Hills for at 5-10 years (Senior Living). I have enjoyed this apartment living. (TILL NOW) As of August 4th, 2020, the tenants was paying very little for their cable. Because this is a Senior Complex, this was great because of the monies I receive each month. This low amount has been like this since Indian Hills have been for the Senior citizens. Awful service. Ignorant staff. Thiefs. A I Y purchased my complex in July 2019 and ever since then I have had nothing but problem after problem after problem with this company. Disgusting and greedy business practices. The state is shut down due to a worldwide pandemic, millions of people have been laid off work to encourage social distancing to fight the spreading virus. Yet this company found it necessary to go door to door and distribute letters explaining that they didn’t care and expected rent on time and in full. The complete lack of humanity is disgusting. I have lived in Highland Woods apartment for six years now. The leasing office staff are rude and Unprofessional . The maintenance staff is overworked they do not come out and finish a job it would take them weeks to finish a simple job when you call the front office only thing you get is staff who does not know how to talk to the you . The south tower has a bunch of teenagers /kids who hangs out in the lobby with their music food all over the floor and marijuana smoke in the air . This place is a scam. My first year wonderful them right after I renewed my lease and property management was changed it became a monetary nightmare. I was asked to vacate my apartment within 3 days then told I still have to continue paying the rest of the lease. And if I have questions to call the leasing office as usual no reply. Very unprofessional will not recommend this place( Granada gardens) to ANYONE
