Ever since AIY Properties has taken over for Central Park West it is terrible. No grace period for rent payments. Suddenly started getting mice. "Exterminator" came over once put down one trap. Never came back Had to get rid of them ourselves. Furnace kept going out on coldest days. After several complaints finally fixed it. Husband had stroke. Needs a rail to come down steps outside. I have lived in Timberland Village for about 11 years. Since AIY has taken over it’s really gone downhill. I have had a hole in my ceiling for a few weeks that they have told me would be fixed. Three days ago we had a really bad snowstorm and didn’t see a plow truck until this morning causing me to miss 2 shifts at work. The service from this company leaves much to be desired.

Terrible property mgmt for **** ******* ** and surrounding properties. Left tenants stuck or stranded in snow. Personnel didn't come to work, neither did they call a plow service. Lazy and inconsiderate.
I've been a resident at Timbertop Apartments for about two years now. I've been satisfied with my stay here up until this point. I have called maintenance about 4 months ago because my dishwasher stopped working. I just called again for about the 4th time and the lady told me that the work order has been placed now it's up to maintenance rather if they want to fix it or not. I have been waiting over nearly 2 months for maintenance to finish fixing my ceiling at Deer Creek Apartments in Austintown, OH!! There was a leak upstairs in a neighbor’s apartment and caused our ceiling to just about cave in in the bathroom so they came and cut out the damaged part. They said they would be back in 2 days to repair it. 2 months later it is getting quite cold in our bathroom and taking showers is miserable, and my daughter is scared of how creepy snd gross it looks. Kat,,is saying my rent is $808.00.. which is insane. I have been paying $749,00 for the last 2 yrs. And my new contract says $749,00 She is very ignorant on the phone ,I asked for a print out she said I don't need one? I have been living at Emerick Manor for over 20 years and this company is by far the WORST. For the last year there has been a plethora of flies infesting my house due to what the maintenance man told me was a sewage line backup right outside my unit. This company is a scam. I lived in *********Apartments and was in contact with CamiJo ******** from AIY. Maintenance never fixed anything, we went 8 months with no lights in our kitchen AFTER maintenance came out to look at it. In addition to the poor maintenance, when it was time to put in our notice that we were leaving, we followed the 60 day notice protocol.
