Do not rent from this company. I have an ongoing rat problem and their solution was to put out glue traps meant for mice and just tell me "well, don't put food out anywhere they can get to it I can't use more counters or lower cabinets to store any food or trust that they haven't been on countertops. I called the county and they only dealt with rats coming in certain areas from the outside.

I been out of hot water since Friday and now it’s Sunday. I have to move my family to a hotel just so we can have hot water. I pay over $1000 dollars for rent in a small two bedroom apartment and I truly believe if this a professional business it should of been solved Friday when the problem started. I try talking to the management and they gave the run around and I’m very frustrated about the whole situation and it doesn’t make sense!

I am on Social Security and have lived here for 9 years. Rent for regular folk is due on the 1st, but because Social Security does not pay until the 1st-3rd, Social Security residents have until the 6th to pay. I paid my rent on 5/31/2023 for the month of June. In July, my rent will increase to over 800 dollars from my current 626. I paid them 651 and change and they are trying to say on my page I owe them 613?! Nope. I filed a police report, contacted my case manager and I am about to go up to Social Security and report how... read more

I haven't been here a year yet and my rent went from 655.00 to 720.00. I asked if they had a senior citizens discount they tell me they did away with that a couple years back. I find it to be discriminating against seniors. There is 1 handicap spot in the parking lot for 6 bldgs. Other parking lots available but why would I walk across the lot or across the street when my parking lot is outside my window. So many break in in cars. No camera's in parking lots. I find it very unsafe

I’d leave zero stars! The rudest people. You simply can not contact anyone with questions or concerns. Either they don’t answer the office door or they don’t answer phone calls. They do not return messages. After explaining how upset I am that you cant get concerns addressed because no one calls you back, they thought it was funny to text me . I have lived in Park Towers apartment in Fairview long before AIY bought the building. It was a perfect apartment until AIY took over. Once they took over they changed the pool hours. Closed Sundays and only open till 4pm Monday thru Friday even though the whole building works those hours. So if you had a hard day at work and want to jump into a pool you are out of luck. False advertising I have screen shots saved of their apt & townhouse availability, but when you call there's only 2 bedroom apts available. Website clearly shows they are showing 3 bedroom apts & townhouses available. Spoke with "Justin" who also stated the reach out to future clients within 3-4 days. They have never made any attempts to contact my son & daughter in law who are relocating from Chandler AZ to Austintown Ohio in 3 weeks. My son & his wife had contacted them over a month ago. If I could find a way to sue Aiy I would. They are all incompetent, and cruel individuals. When I moved in the property was not owned by Aiy, I was on a waiting list to move into an house that was not finished yet. So they placed me and my family in the only available apartment temporarily. Aiy came along and took ownership and would not owner my previous agreement, forcing us to sign a lease for more then the agreed price per month and not giving us the house we were signed for.
