Been here 3 years and there's always a issue with the water clear not trying to fix the issue, seems like they just keep patching the problems. Maintenance service and request have went down hill dramatic. Like today the apartment complex has NO WATER, 7:25 PM AND THERE IS NO WATER 5/20/2021.

I would like to report that this property management company has to be the worse I have ever seen. I submitted an application to one of their properties on April 30, 2021 for my MIL. No one ever called to take application fee payment. I proceeded to call for 2 weeks before someone finally answered the phone to take application payment. I have been a resident of an AIY Property since February 2nd, 2016 and my first problem began within 3 months (May 1st, 2016 to be exact) and I regret not taking the time to locate a new residence sooner. I have been a residence of Clark Walgreens for the past 2 years. Within that time, I have had many issues in my town home. I have been out of heat for over a week, due to a furnace issue. I have had leakage in my apartment that took months to fix, and now it's still became a leak again. I currently have not had hot water in my bathtub for the past 2 weeks, waiting for someone to come and fix it, so it can be replaced. Our 20 yr. old daughter submitted a rental application to the Central Park West Apartment complex, owned by AIY Properties, Inc. She was told she would need a guarantor to receive approval of her application. The guarantor is required to submit a separate rental application and pay a separate application fee. This is a fraudulent requirement when the guarantor will not be a tenant of the property and a predatory business, taking advantage of young people who are easily manipulated.

For this to be my first apartment ever. They are the worst. They don't call you when you put in a maintenance request and no one home I don't see the point of asking the questions than. And they don't give a 24 hour notice. They are just awful.

This is about Central Park West but I will also speak on behalf of other properties. First, you will NEVER EVER find anyone at corporate to communicate with directly to address your problems or concerns. They direct you to the main offices at the properties and of course, they give you the run around! It is mind boggling to see a company that doesn't give you a GRACE PERIOD! Hillbrook apartments office staff are the absolute worst! Especially that Cami Jo ********* I have had nothing but problems since I've moved in! The staff at Deer Creek and Fox Run were way more customer focused. Cami Jo is loud and rude and contradicts herself constantly. I've done nothing but call an exorbitant amount of times about the rodent issue on the property. I am a resident at Central Park West in ********** Ohio and I have to say living under AIY management has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I know there is mold in my unit as well as the building, there are rats around the building as well as bugs in the units and the common areas. Recently AIY started to charge a pet rent fee monthly despite me and my dog living here for 3 years with no problem.
