We enjoyed a perfectly dressed arugula salad. The calamari/shrimp appetizer is a nice variation on this from other Cunningham restaurants. Breadsticks are to die for.

We have been to this restaurant many times. Our main entree was great. We were celebrating a birthday and our free dessert was a cheesecake with strawberries. It looked delicious, but tasted like it was old. Our drinks, waitstaff and service were excellent. We were there on a Monday evening. This is a large restaurant. There were only 6 tables that were occupied. The dining room was completely empty. We like to sit in the bar area. We’re hoping that this restaurant continues to thrive.

Food is excellent! Fresh and flavourful. Wonderful service from a nice young man named Eli (I think)

The spice in the four cheese pasta was a little overwhelming to the rest of the dish. The breadsticks with homemade Alfredo was excellent!
Business response:
We are glad to hear you enjoyed our Breadsticks, but sorry to hear the Four Cheese Ravioli didn't quite hit the spot for you, we appreciate your feedback about the spices as we seek to improve our dishes. We hope to see you again soon to earn your 5th star!
Another great from the Cunningham group! Different and excellent selections. My only complaint is that they don’t serve the signature yummy bread and oil. The breadsticks are really good, especially with the Alfredo sauce but they are a charge and with wanting to order other appetizers as well, that makes for a lot of $ for the bread which is a must with pasta. Truly great service and food though!
Business response:

This was my first experience at Theo’s and it did not disappoint. My wife had the Four Cheese Ravioli and I tried the Lobster Tortelloni Nero—so good! Max went above and beyond to make our dining experience one we’d enjoy. And, I think, every server and hostess made sure to thank us for coming. Our only disappointment was we didn’t get to see our friend, Doug, who had the evening off.

Still confused over this new Cunningham Italian concept. If you go to Charbono's, Cunningham's 2001 Tuscan original, you get bread when you arrive, ice water, the menu is much more robust. Just struggling with what Theo's is other than "minimalist." The food is good. we ordered a salad and their "Pinsa" a 14" oblong rustic that was thicker than a flatbread... which was good. But I just don't get it?
