Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. Very disappointing on the ordering process very hard would not take my disc did not email would not let me sign up for the 10% off the whole order was so time consuming not happy
I was very frustrated that I could not talk to a person about some questions I had. I called and got the usual recording. Finally told to press 0 and get a call back. Pressing 0 did not work and it was a continuous loop asking me to press 0. After pressing 0 about 10 times (no exageration) I got a message that I would be called back. The checkout experience is horrible, this coming from an employee at a silicon valley giant. I attempted three times on my cell, once on my iPad, twice in Google Chrome, and 3 times using the Edge browser in Windows 10. Finally Edge processed the order.
I used the sizing chart to order gloves. However, the gloves fit like a tourniquet! Way too small, and I have small hands. Returned them. Was not updated as to its process. Just received replacements weeks later. It worked but it would have been nice to know what I’d hdppening.
The entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. My sistauation was notnjandled the way I feltmotnshouldnhabe been, with mistake after mistake on their end. I wasn’t pleased with the experience and still haven’t received my entire order with no tracking information ever provided. Issues with incorrect denominations of gift cards purchased.
