i signed up to get an extra 10% off during checkout, but all it said was the code was invalid.
I have been trying to speak with someone in Re: to a purchase that the battery does not work.
The hoodie I order was WAY smaller, even for the size I ordered, than I expected. I will be returning it. The website was very easy to navigate and shipping was very fast though. It is unfortunate that the product didn't meet expectaions.
Had to return first order due to not working. Called customer service they were very difficult to understand
I tried to call the company for information five times and I was only able to speak to a person one time. Every call was a hang up so I was not able to get any information. I only made the on line purchase because of the price. I will never buy from your company again.
I had difficulty with the checkout process. When I signed up for an account, I was supposed to be emailed a 10% off coupon. It flashed a message that the coupon was sent, but I didn't receive it. I checked to see if it was automatically added to the cart, but it was not.
Your website is extremely frustrating in that I wanted direct product information and all that would display were reviews. If Gerbing didn't have the reputation they do, I would not have taken the chance of buying the product I "think" I want.
It was a struggle trying to check out. It would not let me check out with Amazon as I was trying to. I had to start over in order to be able to add the information it kept saying that I was missing when I was trying to check out.
