Ordered product on two day shipping (for a premium fee). Order accepted and billed. Then, after the sale was completed, I was the product was out of stock. Took almost two weeks for the order to arrive after you accepted the expedited order. Yes the premium fee was returned but I would not have paid the additional fee for the two days shipping if the time had not been important to me. It would have been easy to state that the product was out of before I made my purchase.
Ordering was a TERRIBLE experience. Website said there was free shipping, which I selected. Offer for 10% off if I signed up for email, which I did. I applied the code sorry10. The shipping and discount appeared on my order. When I added my credit card infor and hit check out, it didn't work, wiped out card info. No good explaination of what was wrong. I order a heated shirt which came with the battery. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a charger included in the package. I emailed and heard nothing. I called and waited until I was prompted to leave my phone number. Still nothing on email or call back. So now I have heated shirt, which is nothing more than a shirt without a charger.
I wanted to return vest I was told no larger sizes available but it looks like it is available online for $50 more, was told I need to buy different item for nearly twice what I payed

The Warming Store has several defects in their order processing system. First, the coupon codes they mail customers do not work. They include several characters that cause the coupon codes to fail. I contacted customer service, and they provided me a different coupon code for the 10% I was due to receive. That coupon code worked, but then when I attempted to check out via Amazon Pay, the system threw an error, stating that I had not provided a bill-to name. Last year I bought shitty heated socks from them. At least they took them back no questions asked. I’m trying a new pair this year. Check out was a bitch!
Was suggested by another friend. Super awesome selection and prices however when I tried to use my amazon checkout it kept telling me I was missing my billing name but never gave me a place to put it. So I had to go and find my wallet to enter in my credit card. Also I signed up for emails and the 10% off code they gave me when I entered it was stated to be invalid or expired even though I was using it within minutes of receiving it.
