Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. The check out was very difficult. The website kept asking for a delivery name even though the was no space to put it. Took more than 6 tries to get the items ordered. And I didn’t get my discount even though I put in the code.
My recent experience from this website would be purchasing this awesome Kool Breeze Solar Fan Cowgirl Hat. Can't wait to tell friends and family about this product.
I left my email address for a 10 % discount that I did not receive
Unlike the informative Amazon site, the Warming Store site listed shipping options with no estimates of delivery times. When I tried to call for further information, I found that they had shut down in the late afternoon. Their phone and email contacts should be available in early evening. I had to postpone my order (and delivery date) by a whole day. Also, I was emailed two discount codes, one for free shipping, and the other for a 10% discount. warantee stated not in stock which does not make any sense. Website kept going into an endless loop and had to escape
My second visit to The Warming Store over trhe year and they still didn't have the space heaters I really wanted so I had to buy more expensive ones for the seniors that live with me! How unfair to them both but.........
One item does not work
Just warning you, if your browser goes haywire, try another one. That one may go haywire too, especially in the shopping cart. I don't like using the yahoo shopping platform, and this pretty much confirmed that opinion for me. If you can get past the bad GUI performance, there are some good prices.
I can't use the gloves. There is no way to connect the batteries to the gloves.
