Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. I've completed an order for this item now for the third time. I am quite sure that I completed all of the order information the first two times and saw the check mark in the "confirmation" circle on the final page. But did not receive any confirming email for the first one and just an email telling me that I had left some "hot stuff" in my shopping cart for the second order. I attempted contact no less than thirty phone calls left four voice messages and sent emails with absolutely no response. After calling and using every prompt finally contacted a live person they were not able to even give an estimated delivery time or even or possible window of time. I received 1 part of a two part order and when the email containing the tracking number was sent it had incorrect carrier information sent a “fedex” tracking number item was delivered by UPS. Profit did not work. Returned have not received money back
What about the 10% off when I signed up with my email to get notifications of promotions. If this is just a way to get email accounts youll probably be getting back what I bought. That is poor business in my book and I wont deal with it. So it is up to you people what happens next. A very poor way to start a first order
produces are great website poor. Checkout was difficult web kept changing my shipping option to a more expensive one, took me a while to figure it out. Coupon sent in email was wrong it added a date and comer.
The sale was great but I couldn't find jackets iin any size I could wear or if the several colors and the styles. There was ONE choice left. There was a discount for signing up for emails and I clicked yes but the discount didn't show at checkout. The code was not anywhere after going forward from that page, you could not go back to get a code if it was there where you agreed.
Not impressed with shipping costs. It's evident that Gerbing products are are made in China. Quality is sketchy.
Poor customer service!!! When you send defective product and tell customer he must wait till returned item gets back to them before a new item is shipped is unacceptable. Should have sent replacement item immediately. As it is I have gloves I can't use until replacement gets to me ,approx 2 weeks, and it's freezing here. If you sell China junk you should expect some problems and deal with it fast . Oh ya, "we're so sorry" doesn't cut in today's market place. I'll take my money else where.
