Server forgot our Pot stickers and ordered salad. Don't order the skirt steak.
For a slow night, would think the staff might have been more motivated to be focused on service and food quality. Steak was cooked incorrectly. Forgot one of the side dishes altogether. They fixed these issues, but on more than one occasion, we were searching for our server. Probably won't be back as this was the second time we tried there. Sorry.
Food, as always, was excellent. The problem, which is becoming consistent with Thom Thom is that they are VERY short staffed. We arrived a little before 6pm, for a 6pm reservation. The hostess and waiter were very attentive and pleasant. The waiter was very on top of everything. By 645-700 the restaurant gets busy and they just don't have enough staff. The steaks came out wrong. The service was very slow. Very disappointed
We hadn’t dined here in about eight years. Decided to go back for my husband’s milestone birthday since he used to love this place. What a disappointment. The decor is tired and probably hasn’t been changed in at least 20 years-it’s honestly depressing. Service was okay, but far from outstanding. Wait staff slow he forgot an appetizer we ordered 3 only got 2 he did not check on us during dinner..
Inaccurate drink orders- 2 times; greasy bread; sludgy spinach; liquid mac & cheese; crème brûlée was room temperature. Ordered 3 filet mignons- all ordered medium rare. One was raw; two were well cooked. Never had a bad meal there before last night…Live music was BLASTING; we struggled to hear each other speak. Waitress was nice.
Our reservation was at 2:30. They ran out of the prime rib, receive ribeye steak. By the time we were done eating they had run out of the deserts. Only a small assortment to choose from. No rainbow cookies left. Told the guests before us cleaned them out.
Had early reservation but place was packed so they put us by bar side which was so packed people were leaning on my chair so annoying they mush have overbooked...steak was terrible .never going there again...to many great places around...live and learn.
