After the appetizer, it went downhill, my wife order the special, ox shanks with broccoli rabe and polenta, the shank came out dry with regular broccoli, when we asked about the broccoli, they said they don't even have broccoli rabe. I received the wrong cocktail, the waiter realized it later, didn't try to correct anything.
Quite disappointed in food and service. Restaurant Week menu which had a lot of options but unfortunately we did not enjoy it.
They stuck us in the bar 4 different people managed to screw up our and the couple next to us would never go back
DISAPPOINTED! Steak overpriced, chewy, full of gristle. The pasta was overcooked. Menu on Opentable is not updated and there was a price difference between what Open table shows and the actual menu. We expressed to the servers our dissatisfaction and he said he would inform the management. He made no effort to adjust the price of the meal for the poor quality. Food was delicious but they over booked reservations and the wait time to be seated was over an hour. 7:15pm reservations paid the check at 11pm. The seating was too close to the tables next to us. Very awkward. The decor is sparse and needs attention. The servers were real nice and knowledgeable but could not handle the booked reservations.
The bartender got my drink wrong as well as short serve me a straight up and then made a mistake on how to serve it and I’ll sushi roll came out. It didn’t clear the old plates from the appetizers didn’t provide a second dipping bowl for the sushi and then we had to wait a really long time for a meal and it came wrong. The duck came with the wrong potato and then we had dessert. We had the apple crisp and they did Alamo it even though we asked for it I will say one thing I didn’t sure change the waitress. 
This was a very disappointing dining experience, the service was exceptionally slow for what was a normal busy Friday night. My entree came out cold and under seasoned and it was franky unappetizing, it seemed as though they had left it at the pass for at least 20 minutes. My husbands entree and our appetizer were okay, though neither was worth the price. There was at least 20-30 minutes between our appetizer (which we waited about 30 minutes for) and our entrees. Thank you Matt for trying to make it a pleasurable experience! Food was subpar, expected better for the price. Very understaffed.
Service was so bad, it’s a shame. We used to love it there but we’ve had bad service too many times. Won’t go back again.
