Normally this place is very good. The hostess were rude and they seated us late, not at our reservation time. The place was severely overbooked and understaffed. The food took and hour to come out. The food was very delicious when it finally arrived. it’s just a shame that their service has declined so much.
Service was so awful. Waitress was not attentive to us. Me and my daughter had steak mine was over cooked and my daughters undercooked. They took my daughters back and the waitress argued with me that mine was cooked properly and refused to take it back. Manager walked by a couple of times never stopped by our table to check on us.
It took them over a hour to serve us our appetizers. The food was very bland.
Waitress was terrible. Bus staff should be promoted to waitressing and waitering… Young girl bartending head skin tight leggings on and stomach showing like she was going to the beach. Absolutely disgusting if they want to be a highly regarded restaurant establishment. Will never return
The food at this restaurant is always very good. However the service is lacking. On this particular visit we did not get our side dishes that we ordered until we were finished eating. There are always apologies however nothing changes. The wait staff is very nice but I feel the kitchen does not get the food out in a timely manner. Perhaps they need an expeditor to alleviate some of these problems. After this happening our last three visits I can't go back.
Short staffed Kitchen backed up Took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get our food
The service was terrible. I am in the business and understand things happen and don’t usually complain but tonight was beyond awful. Our appetizers took 45 minutes to come out, the server never came back to the table for drink refills or to check in. Finally four of our meals came out and were served and come to find out that the server had never put in the final 5th meal after we flagged him down since no one came back to check for 10 minutes. Had an 8pm reservation for 4 on 2/18. Thom thom has always been a great local go to. We arrived a few minutes early and it was packed. I finally made my way to hostess who told us 10 -15 minutes. We waited and checked again in 15 mins told again 10 minutes. Waited and again asked in 15 minutes told another 10-15 minutes. Now it’s 45 minutes late and we left. Took my daughters out to dinner. I wasn’t thrilled with the place. The night started with a dirty water cup! The bread bowl was dirty as well. The food was tasty, but the porterhouse steak is really an average T-bone not worthy of cost. The cocktail I had was sour. Further, the place needs a major update. The bathroom smelled like a subway. Not a good choice. I won’t be back.
