I booked this place thinking it was going to be a small fancy pakce fr Xmas dinner! Out reservation was for 7:30 PM and it was so disorganized upon our arrival. We've waited about 10 min with no one tending to us. There were people waiting for their food for over an hour... our waiter advised me that all the crab meat was gone.. it was part of the Christmas menu.... at 7:30PM?! We g9t.out food late as well.. Probably impossible to have lobster tail that wasn’t already frozen
Very crowded with very slow service. Nothing worse than being next to a table of old geezers that have cackling loud drunk wives. Sorta made my dining experience ANNOYING!!!
Dining room was half empty and service was poor. One of us ordered a drink which took 20 minutes to arrive. Order for dinner taken after 25 minutes. after one of us used the downstairs restroom we realized that there was a large private party in a separate room. A simple explanation that there was a large party as the reason for the delays and an offer of a comped dessert would have been nice. While food was good we won’t be back.
Food and service are poor. I went back after a few years and still the same. I regretted my decision to try again. Danny has no interest in making this place better
Lobster bisque was salty and had no lobster in it. Mashed sweet potatoes had an odd taste. Ingredients weren’t listed.
We had a horrible experience last night. We have been to this restaurant before and it was 5 stars. We even had the same waiter who we honestly felt bad for because the service was terrible and I don’t think it was his fault. The food, was a mix bag. We were a party of 8 and only two of us were satisfied with our meals. We are not going back.
I know mistakes happen but they never put my son’s order in and when it finally came out 10 minutes later it was raw. We had to send it back. Another person at the table ordered her meal with no red onion and right before it came out the waitress asked if it was an allergy because the food was coming out and there red onion on it. Just not a good experience. Waitress said twice the manager would come over (we didn’t ask- she volunteered) and they never did.
Didn’t read note on reservation and then was rude about it. If they read the note and couldn’t accommodate they should have called so we could make plans elsewhere. The note was that we had a stroller coming… we have a baby who doesn’t sit in a sit so I didn’t want to make a reservation for 3 and take up a 4 top for only two paying guests.
